Healthy Relationships

At the core of our well-being lies the quality of our closest relationships. When we feel seen, heard, and understood — not just through words, but through the body — something deep within us can settle.

True connection is not built through verbal skills alone, but through the felt sense of safety, presence, and attunement.

Chronic conflict and disconnection can keep us stuck, no matter how hard we try to communicate. This work supports you in finding embodied health in your most important relationships, where connection becomes a resource — not a struggle.

Intimate Relationships

At the heart of connection lies the body: the place where we sense safety, feel attraction, and experience both closeness and threat. In our work together, we explore not just your communication, but your nervous systems, attachment dynamics, and how patterns of protection may be blocking connection, intimacy, or desire.

Families/ Parenting/ Co-Parenting

Families are living systems — sensitive, layered, and always evolving. When one member struggles, the whole system feels it. In family therapy, we create space for each person’s voice, needs, and nervous system to be seen and understood.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and a relational, feminist lens, we work to heal ruptures, strengthen connection, and build greater trust and resilience — together.

This work honors the unique complexity of your family while inviting more empathy, clarity, and safety into your shared relationships.
