THE APPROACH

Tending to Relationships is about a Felt Sense of Connection

I will support you in healing past hurt AND in creating the relationship you want with less effort and more connection.

 

We will explore communication and conflict patterns, discover how you can feel heard and seen by your partner, and how to resolve and heal wounding, something that happens naturally when we are able to truly connect with other people.

You will feel more understood by and understanding of your partner. This allows you to shift from stress and tension towards connection and intimacy.

Weekly 50 min Sessions 

This is for you if...

... you want your relationship to be a place where you can heal and grow. This is possible when the relationship provides enough space, mindful awareness and courage to stay in touch with ourselves in the presence of another human being. The intimate relationship itself becomes the “vehicle for growth and 

healing of the individual, as well as the couple” (Tony Herbine Blank).

Deepen your insights into how and why you came into this relationship, as an emotional, spiritual, physical, and astral being.

THE APPROACH

Align to your Source of Self Healing

Unlike traditional weekly sessions, intensives allow us to stay with your system's pace and allow for the self healing process to happen more deeply. Due to the increased time and space -- and decreased time pressure -- many people will achieve more in one, longer session than in multiple shorter ones.

In Intensives, we get to align to your system's pace even more and allow for the unfolding to happen more naturally. You will get to experience a profound relational connection with your inner system of parts and connection to your source of self healing.

The felt sense of connectivity can be shared with your partner allows you to bring home more of an embodied communication style, geared towards attunement and care, and less of a verbal or argumentative communication style, where both partners often are left with a sense of disconnection.

INTENSIVES FOR DEEP DIVERS

This is for you if...

 ... if you and your partner want to increase your sense of alignment with each other - may it be in moments of crisis and urgency or in moments that simply lack attunement.

 

Those with busy schedules -- who are very engaged in their work or parenting -- can gain a unique amount of benefit from longer intensives. Their relationship can shift from a survival-based pattern towards openness and change during just a few hours.

It is also possible to focus the intensive time on specific topics such as: conscious uncoupling, miscarriage/ family planning, communication, money, intimacy and sex.

Establishing felt sense of responsibility for individual wellbeing in order to integrate changes for shared wellbeing as couple

CLOSING Sound bath to integrate experience and close space. 

DEEP DIVE

What is IFIO - Intimacy from the Inside Out?

IFIO draws from IFS, psychodynamic theory, systems thinking, neuroscience and mindfulness practices.

I generally use IFS for couples (IFIO) and somatic attachment therapy in my work.
